Refund Policy

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

Booking procedure:

When booking, you have two options: 1^ pay the full discounted amount as indicated, with no refund in case of cancellation. 2^ pay the amount indicated with the possibility of cancellation as indicated in the booking box.

 

Cancellation and refund policy.

In the first case mentioned above (non-refundable rate), no refund will be given on the price paid.

In the second case (refundable rate), it is possible to cancel free of charge up to 15 days before arrival. In case of cancellation within 15 days of arrival up to the day before arrival, a penalty equal to 50% of the total price will be charged. From the day before the arrival date, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.

 

Accommodations:

All rooms have a double bed, so they are designed for two people.

One room has a full-size single bed in addition to the double bed. 

We can also arrange additional accommodations for overflowing guests, but this may incur an additional cost due to the lack of control over the prices of other accommodating facilities.

 

Breakfast:

In the breakfast room, you can enjoy a continental breakfast with hot drinks, a kettle for tea and herbal teas, a coffee machine, and cappuccino. You will find individually packaged croissants, tarts, cakes, yogurt, fruit juices, and fresh seasonal fruit. Butter and Jams are also available in single portions. Everything you need for a continental breakfast is at your disposal. We strive to use high-quality organic products and, where possible, source fresh products in individual packages from local bakeries and pastry shops fresh from Giove.

 

Travel tips:

We recommend booking as early as possible to take advantage of discounts on flights, car rentals, and transportation, and to reserve tours and museum visits in a timely manner.

Transportation and other fees not included:

Transportation: Fees not included.

For your convenience, a transportation service is available at an additional cost. We can arrange for a driver to pick you up at the Orte or Attigliano train station upon your arrival and take you directly to Casale dell'Amicizia. On the day of arrival or departure, a driver will take you to the Orte or Attigliano train station, at your choice. If you prefer to be accompanied to and from Rome Fiumicino airport, this service can also be arranged. All these services will incur an additional cost and must be reserved at the time of booking in the “special requests” section. We will try to accommodate you as must possible and subject to availability.

 

Alcohol and Smoking:

We are located in the homeland of fine wines, but moderate and responsible consumption is recommended. Therefore, the consumption of alcohol is prohibited within the property, except in very moderate quantities. It is at the discretion of the managers to invite you to exercise moderation or, otherwise, you will be asked to vacate the premises.

Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa, the studio, the guest rooms, and on the surrounding grounds. Smoking is only permitted outside of the property or in designated areas.

 Il Casale dell'Amicizia reserves the right to remove guests who violate these rules, without refund.

 

Responsibility

Casale dell'Amicizia expressly declines all responsibility for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by guests during their stay at Casale dell'Amicizia, including, but not limited to:

 

Accidents or injuries resulting from:

 

Defects in the structure of the property, plumbing, electrical, gas, or water systems.

 

Interruptions in the supply of utilities to the studio facilities or accommodation.

 

Any loss or damage to the villa, its contents, or the surrounding grounds caused by participants, including, but not limited to:

 

Broken or damaged furniture or furnishings.

 

Spills or stains on carpets or furniture.

 

Damage to artwork or other decorative items.

 

Guests are responsible for the full cost of repairing or replacing any items damaged as a result of their actions. By accepting these terms and conditions, you authorize the owners and managers of the villa to charge your credit card directly for any costs relating to damage to the property. ( Add insurance details, liability, etc. )

 

Refunds and unforeseen circumstances

 

Please note that no refunds will be given for cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, such as:

Government restrictions, activities or conflicts beyond our control, adverse weather conditions or natural disasters, and any other similar unforeseen events.

 

This policy applies to all guests regardless of individual circumstances.

 

Disclaimer: Casale dell'Amicizia, and the Managers/Owners are not responsible for any loss or damage you may suffer during your stay, including personal injury, loss of equipment, loss of personal belongings, or any other event related to accidents, illness, or other unforeseen circumstances.
